Scomat Limitee is looking for a results-driven IT & ERP Lead to take ownership of the Company’s IT infrastructure, ERP environment and day-to-day IT service delivery.
Oversee and maintain the Company’s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, systems, cybersecurity, cloud platforms and connectivity. Manage and support the ERP system, acting as the key point of contact for ERP-related matters, coordinating with users, management and external providers to ensure smooth operations and continuous improvement. Lead the IT support function and ensure timely resolution of user and system-related issues. Manage user onboarding and offboarding, including equipment, system access and provisioning. Ensure effective backup, disaster recovery, monitoring and incident management processes. Manage IT vendors and service providers and monitor service levels and performance. Plan and implement IT infrastructure upgrades, migrations and improvement projects. Maintain IT documentation, asset registers, policies and procedures. Ensure proper IT governance, change management, access controls and compliance. Monitor IT risks, cybersecurity and business continuity requirements. Provide regular reports to Management on IT performance, risks, projects, budget and areas requiring attention. Support the IT budget and ensure effective management of IT resources and contracts. Ensure the IT environment and ERP system continue to support the Company’s operational and business requirements.
- Strong problem-solving, organisational and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities and take ownership of IT operations.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical matters clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in managing vendors, budgets and/or junior IT staff will be an advantage.
- IT-related certifications such as ITIL, CCNA, Security+ or relevant cloud certifications will be an advantage.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in IT, with proven responsibility for IT operations and systems.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory and enterprise networking.
- Experience in administering cloud platforms such as Microsoft 365/Azure, AWS or Google Workspace.
- Proven experience in ERP administration, implementation, support or coordination.
- Good understanding of ITSM/ITIL principles and processes.
